The LiftMaster Story

WE BUILT THIS COMPANY FROM THE SHOP FLOOR UP

“We didn’t launch LiftMaster to sell new machinery. We built it because warehouses need mechanics who show up fast with the right parts.”

In 2009, two master industrial mechanics noticed that warehouse managers were consistently getting burned by dealership service: 4-day wait times for simple diagnoses, outsourced hydraulic work, and surprise billing.

LiftMaster Equipment was created as the antidote. We engineered mobile service vehicles that function as self-contained repair stations, each stocked with over 1,200 critical OEM-spec replacement components. Today, over 85% of unexpected breakdowns are fixed on our very first visit.
